Jim Jaggers from Channel 3 is riding across three states collecting money for Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital. Wednesday, September 28, “Go Jim Go,” the motto for Jaggers’ bike ride, arrived at Bartlett High School during 6th period. The Panther Band, cheerleaders, DECA, and others gave Jim a huge welcome. Coordinated by the Student Council, the rally raised awareness for next week’s fund raising for the children’s hospital. Sharon Drewy, Student Council adviser, said we “are going to be collecting pennies on Monday, nickels on Tuesday, dimes on Wednesday, quarters on Thursday, and dollars on Friday” of next week.
