News brief: Beauty becomes more than just appearance in the Miss Bartlett Beauty Review

The 3rd annual Miss Bartlett High School Beauty Review will be held on Nov. 16 at 6 p.m. in the auditorium.
Hosted by the baseball team and the Booster Club, the Beauty Review is a type of fundraiser for the baseball team that began in 2006. Though the Beauty Review is not necessarily a pageant, it is still a chance for girls to showcase both their inner and outer beauty.
All girls in grades 9-12th are eligible to participate. However, girls must maintain good grades, attendance, and conduct.
In this Review, girls will model a formal dress while giving a speech regarding how they feel they could represent BHS.
Interested females who received an application from Mrs. Jones should turn in their application and $30 fee to Coach Clark in the cafeteria between Nov. 2-6.
