Money. Everyone needs it, and everyone wants it, particularly when it comes to paying for college. But sometimes it is hard for families to pay the bills, much less save money for a college education. That is why parents and students are invited to attend the first Bartlett High Financial Aid Night in the cafeteria on Tues., Jan. 19 at 6 p.m.
Under the direction of Jana Radford, students will have the opportunity to learn more information about college financial aid.
A financial aid expert from Christian Brothers University will give a presentation, along with presentations from the Tennessee Student Assistance Corporation and the Hope Scholarship.
Aside from learning more about state funded financial aid, students and parents will also find out more about the importance of filling out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and how to do so.
